Head of Implementation at Protocol
Jamie is the longest serving member of Protocol – his career spanning over 20 years and taking him through a broad spectrum of roles. He has been our Head of Implementation and Training for the last 6 years and assumes responsibility for all aspects of implementation, training and delivery for new and existing clients.
Jamie has trained college staff at every level and is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional, with particular expertise in safeguarding, agency worker and employment regulations.
