Appointed Senior Postholder and SMT member of an FE College in his early 20's, Neil accrued over 20 years SMT experience before going on to lead the funding, performance and audit functions of a national advisory business.
Since the formation of Solvendis in 2013, he has spearheaded client engagement and is proud to have developed a loyal client base of over 300 Training Providers, Colleges, Local Authorities and Employers.
A business enterprise graduate and lawyer, he is an experienced consultant in the education, training and skills sector with detailed knowledge of options appraisal, merger and acquisition and has recently completed a number of Structure and Prospects Appraisals.
Neil is also a partner in Lee Stafford Education, an organisation which is having a transformational impact on the skills, attitude and employability of college hairdressing graduates.
