Viv is an experienced and passionate business leader with an extensive track record in successful and innovative management. Trained in business management and commerce, Viv has a wealth of operational management experience in outsourcing, HR, the further education, private and public sectors.
Viv joined Protocol's Board as Operations Director in 2007, prior to which she led both operational and strategic transformation programmes at BSkyB (now Sky) and latterly UPS Worldwide Logistics. In 2011 she became Chief Executive at Protocol and continues to lead the business.
Her expertise spans across Operations, HR, legal and Marketing with a special interest and competency in Employment Law, Client Services, Cost Analysis and Profitability.
Viv's background gives her the applied expertise and strategic vision to understand the needs of any organisation and lead on the elements of business transformation and operational restructure.
