Protocol needed a visual way to show their client segmentation. This means showing how the different client colleges approach their recruitment: do the only use Protocol, do they use another agency, do they use multiple agencies or do they do everything in-house? And what does all of that mean in terms of revenue for Protocol?

I was asked to create an illustrated diagram what the client segmentation terminology meant for Protocol consultants and resourcers.
