Female EFL Lecturer

As part of the Colleges of Excellence programme Saudi Arabia, Protocol are working with a client who seeking to recruit female Lecturers for an immediate start to deliver EFL in two brand new colleges recently established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Based in Al’Quwayiyah & Al Khobar we are looking for dedicated, experienced lecturing staff to inspire and engage in the delivery of high quality teaching. It is expected that the post holders will contribute to course design, development and review of the English Language programmes.

Our client is looking for tutors to join them on a two year contract; however they are happy to talk to people who would be looking to commit to just one year.

To be considered for this role you must:-

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following:
  • English Language or Literature
  • TESOL
  • Applied Linguistics
  • Education
• Or have a Bachelor’s degree with an English teaching major
• Have a minimum of three years teaching English as a foreign language
• Have a minimum of a CELTA/TEFL (a minimum of 120 hours in class and 6 hours observed teaching) and/or equivalent teaching qualification
• Be a Native English speaker or hold an IELTS 7.5 or above

If you can meet the above requirements and are able to demonstrate experience of a dynamic and innovate teaching practice as well as having the knowledge and ability to understand course structures, lesson planning and a variety of learning styles and teaching methods then we would love to hear from you This is will undoubtedly be an exciting journey where your communication and organisation skills will be tested to the limit. In return you will receive:

• Salary of 13,500 – 16,000 Saudi Arabia Riyal paid per month tax free (salary is dependent on skills, experience and competence)

• End of Contract gratuity payment for those completing two years
• 30 days holiday entitlement, plus National holidays.
