Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
We are proud to be involved in the Colleges of Excellence initiative, which aims to open a number of colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that will be run by international providers. Protocol International is currently working with The Oxford Partnership and is the official recruiting Partner of Lincoln College International who have already opened a number of colleges in KSA.
Oxford Al Jouf Female College, Saudi Arabia (TOP)
Based in the North of the Country, bordering Jordan, Oxford Al Jouf Female College is one of three female Colleges based in KSA run by The Oxford Partnership.
As well as being one of the most compelling historical tourist destinations in the Kingdom, the city is full of new government buildings, schools & hospitals, therefore providing a vast range of modernised facilities.
The College provides female students with both foundation training in English, Maths and ICT and vocational training in business and finance, beauty and fashion, ICT, healthcare and agriculture.
Oxford Al-Qurayyat Female College, Saudi Arabia (TOP)
Based in the slightly smaller city of Qurayyat, located in Al Jawf Province in northern Saudi Arabia, The Oxford Partnership Al-Qurayyat Female College delivers one year of Foundation training followed by two years of vocational training in either; business and finance, beauty and fashion, ICT, healthcare and agriculture.
Despite this being a slightly quieter area there is still a wide range of facilities and has its very own popular tourism destination point, the Ka’af castle!
Oxford Ar’ar Female College, Saudi Arabia (TOP)
Ar’ar is a very popular city for visitors in Saudi Arabia, the city is located to the North-East of Saudi Arabia and is the Capital of Northern Borders Province.
Known for its friendly community, Ar’ar is a great place to live, in and outside of the College. Just like the other two Oxford Colleges, The Oxford Ar’ar Female College offers students one year of foundation training in English ICT and Maths and two years in a vocational subject of their choice. These include; business and finance, beauty and fashion, ICT, healthcare and agriculture.
Al-Aflaj Male College, Layla (Lincoln College International)
Located on the outskirts of the Layla, the Principal town of the Al-AflaJ oasis in the Riyadh region, Al-Aflaj Male College has fantastic facilities as well as a 4G football pitch, a Mosque, refectory and a Learning Resource Centre.
Students in the first year will study an exciting foundation course in English, Maths and IT and in the second year the students will be given the opportunity to study a vocational course in either Administration and Business, IT, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental and Occupational Safety, Agriculture and Food, Health Services and Entrepreneurialism.
Al–Aflaj Female College, Layla (Lincoln College International)
Located a short distance away from the Male College and operating in a similar way, Al-Aflaj Female College provides both foundation courses in English, Maths and ICT and offers vocational courses in Administration, IT, Beauty and Fashion, Agriculture and Food, Health Services and Entrepreneurialism.
The College is fully equipped with brand new IT labs, beauty salons and advanced technology to support outstanding learning and progress for students.
Al Khobar Female College (ESG)
Based in the large city of Al-Khobar in the Eastern Province of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Al Khobar Female College delivers English Language skills in the first year of the student’s course. After this they are able to choose a vocational subject of their choice including; Business and Administration, Information and Communications, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Production, Beauty, art and Fashion and Health and Social Care.
The College is fully equipped with modern learning facilities and amenities including a cafe, library, sport and fitness clubs and a Mosque. Al Khobar is a vibrant city with multiple lifestyle centres and shopping malls. The city also has a large number of expatriates who travel there for work.
Al Quwayiyah Male College (ESG)
Despite being one of the smaller areas, Al Quwayiyah is just a two hour drive from the Capital, Riyadh.
Al Quwayiyah Male College offers both English Language Skills Training and Vocational courses in Business Administration, Information and Communications, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering and Automotive Services.
The College is fully equipped with modern learning facilities and amenities including a cafe, library, sport & fitness clubs and a Mosque.

Located close by to the Male College and operating in a similar way, Al Quwayiyah offers English Language Skills training as well as Vocational Training in a choice of subjects such as; Business and Administration, Information and Communications, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Production, Beauty, art and Fashion and Health and Social Care.
Just like the other ESG Colleges, Al Quwayiyah Female College is equipped with fantastic facilities and amenities including a cafe, library, sport and fitness clubs and a Mosque.

Sichuan College of Architectural Technology, Deyang City, China
We are working alongside Lincoln College to provide Sichuan College of Architectural Technology (SCAT) with Construction Consultants and Tutors.
SCAT is based in Deyang City and is the only vocational College of Architectural Technology in the Southwest of China. With campuses in both Deyang and Chengdu the College has 14,374 full time students.
Both Deyang and Chengdu are large cities with endless shops, restaurants and facilities and are very popular tourist destinations.
