Male Registration Executive

Protocol are looking to recruit a Registration Executive to work in a male further education establishment based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In order to ensure that referrals are managed efficiently and effectively the Registration Executive will action HRDF client referrals through to successful engagement. The Registration Executive will then assign the client to the most appropriate Mentor based on gender, employment preferences, aspirations and Mentor caseload.

Your approach to engagement should focus on nurturing the interest and appetite of the client to participate in either one of the three real life vocational settings, Retail, Food & Beverage/Front of House Customer Service, or an Office environment. In this respect, we recognise that a scripted short term burst of phone calls may not be enough, especially for those jobseekers who may have deep-seated reservations and cynicism about employment, and for whom traditional JPC experiences may have left them disengaged. Instead the Registration Executive will focus on a gradual and incremental build-up of contact. This may start with brief conversations to build trust and rapport, moving on to more in-depth discussions about the benefits of the Job Schools Pilot and the social and economic benefits of employment participation more broadly. This will also help to develop an indicative profile of the jobseeker and his or her employment needs.

Key responsibilities and result areas are:

  • Generates an excellent rapport and relationship with the referred clients that leads to registering them onto the Job Schools Pilot
  • Ensuring that the clients engagement is focused on nurturing the interest and appetite of the client to participate in either one of the three real life vocational settings
  • Assessment of customer’s barriers to work and devising a focused approach to addressing these barriers with their mentor
  • Responsible for achievement of all targets set by line management according to both qualitative and target driven criteria
  • Provision of timely and accurate progress reports to line managers identifying operational issues regarding the registration process and developing solutions to achieve the required level of registrations

The salary for this position is up to 6,000 SAR per month this is the equivalent of approximately a £12k annually tax free. If you would like any further information about this position or would like to apply please send your CV to Protocol at international@protocol.co.uk
